• Warrants to the original purchaser that the motley product for which they received this warranty, is free from any defect in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original retail purchase(except on the powder coating paint/wear&tear issues)

MOTLEY LIMITATIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES

The duration of any implied warranty or condition, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise, on this product shall be limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above.

In no event shall Motley Digging Tools be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise resulting from breach of any express or implied warranty or condition, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise with respect to this product except as set forth herein.

Some locations may not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and some locations may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

1. Motley Digging Tools products that have been modified, neglected or poorly maintained, used for commercial purposes, misused or abused or involved in accidents.

2. Damage occurring during shipment of the products (such claims must be presented directly to the carrier).

3. Damage to products resulting from improper assembly or repair.

4. Damage resulting from causes other than non-conformities in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to lack of technical skill, competence, or experience of the user.

5. Damage or deterioration to the surface finish, aesthetics or appearance of the product.

6. Use for other purpose then where this tool is been made for. This Beach scoop is only made for sieving and scooping sand/water to recover a lost find during metal detecting.

7. Normal wear to the product/scooping and lifting heavy stones.

8. Did not do the proper after use-maintance like rinsing, cleaning and drying the scoop(saltwater-use)

9. Use in heavy clayground, blacksand ground

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

If the scoop has any damage within the warranty period provided by Motley Digging Tools, then contact us by sending us a claim by e-mail with complaint, date of purchase, sales receipt and picture of the damage.

WARNING:

• This sandscoop/diggingtool has only one purpose and cannot be used other then scooping/sifting sand/water to recover lost coins, jewellery, artifacts at places like beach/sand/water.

• We cannot take any responsibility when our Motley Beach Scoop is used in any other circumstances other then this!

• By Buying and using our product, the buyer/user of our product is totally responsible for save use of this scoop.

• Motley Digging Tools will not take any responsibility for misuse or unprofessional use which people harm or injure themselves.

• Always protect yourself by using special metal detecting gloves as also safety (water)shoes.
• You are totally responsable for your own safety! scoops can get sharp edges after use(grinding by sand&water)
